Beginning as an early entrepreneur, Kim built her first company at 20. She subsequently founded two other companies in diverse industries, successfully growing those before exiting.

She used that knowledge to partner with organizations helping them to: strategize, navigate change, crystalize their vision, foresee obstacles, solve problems, align across functions, and build more with less.

Kim advises C-Levels, executive directors, and boards, nationally and globally.

Working with top leadership, she realized that her true passion is people.

She now works with people at every level of an organization, helping them to unleash their inner leader and achieve more than they imagined.
